I workout 5 to 7 days a week.
Keeps me stress free and what it does to my body is insane.
After 10 minutes on the Stairmaster, there are probably 20 guys on the machines behind me and another 20 guys milling about, wiping sweat off themselves, even if the place is almost empty!!
LOL LOSERS!!!!
It's as if I was in heat, sending off some kind of scent to a pack of dogs!
